We teach you how to set client expectations and also how to leverage people and processes to simplify your transactions and save you time. We are really big on wanting to help you have a business that integrates with your real life and not take away from it. Keep in mind that any new venture is going to require you to get out of your comfort zone and add some time to learn and adapt as a real business does take a time investment to grow.

Keep in mind that any new venture is going to require you to get out of your comfort zone and add some time to learn and adapt as a real business does take a time investment to grow.
You can make as much or as little as you want if you're willing to put in the work. Typically, whatever the sales price of a home is, you'll get a 3% gross commission for your work. If you'd like to do a little math, look at the average home price in the market you're in and you can reverse engineer it a bit to get an idea of how much you'd like to be at and what it would take in terms of the number of transactions. We have agents working 2-3 deals a year and just saying no to overtime and we have others who have tripled their income as cops and still growing. It'll be up to you.
The Ten7 Project as a nationwide team will cost you nothing. The costs you will incur will be getting your real estate license (pre-licensing course + test fees), the cost of joining a local/national real estate association, and initial start cost for a brokerage. What we have found in doing this for several years is that this ranges from $1200-$3200 depending on the state and regardless of where you're at, one transaction will typically put you in the black.

This is very much an at your own pace process. Some people dive right in, others have waited a while til something lights a fire in them.
Fair question! Outside of getting to help the people we love and respect most in life, the nature of the brokerage we are with (REAL BROKER, LLC) has a revenue share model. Essentially, this means that when you close deals, the Broker rewards us with a share of the revenue out of the company's portion of the split and not your portion. Bottom line: the larger our team is, the more incentive we have to equip and encourage you to reach your goals; when we do that, everyone wins. This is at the heart of our value system: you can get what you want if you help enough other people get what they want.
We have a complete, proven system to help you become tactical agents, not traditional ones. Traditional agents are all about cold sales and tactical ones approach this business by building relationships. In our training (The Tactical Agent Academy) and our ongoing coaching, we show you how to connect with people, invest in the relationship and ask for referrals at the right time and the right way. If you don't like "sales" then you're in the right place.
